What does it cost?

Nothing upfront. We charge 25% commission only when we successfully recover money for you.

What if the airline refuses?

We escalate: formal notice, then dispute resolution or European Small Claims Procedure.

How long does it take?

Most cases are resolved in 6-12 weeks. Legal escalation may take longer.

Do I need a lawyer?

No. We handle everything, including legal steps if needed.

What documents do I need?

Ideally your booking confirmation or boarding pass. Don't have them? We'll see what's possible.

I traveled with friends/family?

Each traveler can submit their own claim. You can invite your companions through our platform.

Can I claim for a cancelled flight?

Yes, if notified less than 14 days before and no suitable alternative was offered.

Can I claim for a missed connection?

Yes, if all flights were on the same booking and you arrived 3+ hours late.

I accepted a voucher already?

You may still have additional rights. A voucher doesn't always cover everything.

How do payouts work?

Once the airline pays, we deduct our 25% and transfer the rest to your bank account.
