If your flight was rerouted and you arrived at your destination with a significant delay, or were rerouted to a different airport entirely, you may be entitled to compensation under EU 261/2004.

Compensation amounts

€250 Up to 1,500 km

€400 1,500 - 3,500 km

€600 Over 3,500 km

Requirements

Arrived 3+ hours late at final destination
Or rerouted to a different airport than booked
Original flight was from or to an EU airport
Not caused by extraordinary circumstances
